How do I put the designer on my store?
Open the app, press Connect checkout on the home page, then add the T-Shirt Designer block to your product page in Online Store → Customize. The app's home page has a button that opens the theme editor with the block ready to place.
How do I add my own blank products?
Products → Add product. Upload one photo per side (front, back…), drag the print area onto it and type its real size. Colours are tinted from the one photo.
Where are my print files?
Orders in the app lists every designed order with its print files and the order's gang sheet. In your Shopify admin, each designed line of the order carries a _Production link that opens its production page with the files.
What does it cost?
$49 every 30 days after a 14-day free trial. The first 100 orders of each cycle carry no fee; after that $0.40 per order item (orders 101–1,000), $0.20 (1,001–10,000) and $0.10 (10,001+). Development stores are free.
A customer's price looks wrong at checkout.
Ask them to open the designer and add the design to the cart again. The checkout only accepts prices the app calculated, so an old or edited cart line is refused rather than charged.
An order says Held.
The amount paid did not match the design. Check the order in Shopify; if it is fine, press Re-render in Orders to produce its files.
